Cramming your hands to the inside of J-Hooks through a training block can give you nagging shoulder and elbow pain. And placing your hands at the J-Hooks can leave you with pinched skin on your hands when re-racking. Your simple solution is here. Our Squat Rack J-Hook Offsets brings your J-Hooks in 3 inches to allow you to grab your bar right at the collar.

Hole Size: Available in both 5/8" and 1" hole sizes with 2" hole spacing.

Material: 3/16" Tube Steel (Thicker than squat rack tubing) and 1/4" Clips.

Finish: Standard is Powder Coated Semi Gloss Black, Custom colors available see notes below.

Standard color for your offset is is a powder coated semi gloss black from Prismatic Colors "Black Jack".  If you would like any custom color for your offsets please visit prismaticpowders.com, choose your favorite color and send me an email with your choice. I am happy to do any color, it will be an additional $30 which includes the cost of the powder. Primer and Clear coats required for some of prismatic powders colors are no additional charge as it is all apart of our standard finishing process.
